Processing Before Shipping
Orders require processing before shipment. Processing time may vary during launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Free Delivery Over $99
Free delivery may be available on eligible orders over $99, subject to checkout conditions, available shipping regions, and exclusions.
Tracking Provided
When tracking is available, shipping updates are sent to the contact information provided at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page, checkout page, promotional page, or order confirmation.

Business days generally exclude weekends, holidays, and days when carrier pickup or fulfillment operations are unavailable.

NOIR SAINTS may offer free delivery on eligible orders over $99. Eligibility may depend on checkout conditions, shipping location, product type, order value after discounts, and available shipping options.
Promotional shipping
From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates. Promotional shipping offers may have exclusions, expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, or location restrictions.
Shipping cost changes

3. Delivery Regions
Delivery availability is determined by the shipping options shown at checkout. If your location is supported, available shipping methods will appear before you complete payment.
Unavailable regions

When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout after the carrier receives or scans the package.
Tracking activation
Tracking may not update immediately after a label is created. Carriers may require additional time before the first scan appears.
Tracking delays
Tracking updates may be delayed because of carrier processing, missed scans, weather conditions, high package volume, facility delays, or system updates.

Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or the carrier website connected to your tracking number.
5. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines shown at checkout or by the carrier are estimates unless the selected carrier service specifically guarantees delivery.
Delivery estimates may change because of:
- Carrier volume.
- Weather conditions.
- Remote delivery areas.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Customs or border processing if applicable.
- Carrier labour disruptions.
- Seasonal shipping delays.
- Security or verification holds.
NOIR SAINTS cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package is with the carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Please review before ordering:

- Apartment, unit, suite, buzzer, or building number.
- City, province/state/region, and postal/ZIP code.
- Phone number or delivery contact if required.
- Email address for shipping updates.
Incorrect address
If an address is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be delayed, returned to sender, delivered to the wrong location, or become undeliverable. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Changing an address
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed, packed, labelled, or shipped.
7. Lost, Missing Or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost, missing, or stolen, contact the carrier first using your tracking number, then contact NOIR SAINTS support with your order number and tracking details.
If tracking says delivered
Check your mailbox, front door, side door, parcel locker, building concierge, reception desk, neighbours, household members, and any secure delivery location used by the carrier.
Carrier investigation
Some missing-package issues require a carrier investigation. Resolution may depend on delivery records, GPS scans, proof of delivery, package protection if available, and carrier policies.
Stolen packages
NOIR SAINTS is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. Customers should use a safe delivery address when possible.
8. Failed Delivery And Return To Sender
Packages may be returned to sender if the address is incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, delivery attempts fail, the package is refused, or the carrier cannot complete delivery.
Return-to-sender packages
If a package is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange reshipment or refund according to the situation and store policy.
Reshipping fees
Additional shipping fees may apply if the return was caused by incorrect address information, refusal, missed delivery, or customer error.
Unclaimed packages
Packages that are unclaimed or not picked up within the carrier’s holding period may be returned to sender.
9. Pre-Orders, Backorders And Special Releases
Some products may be offered as pre-orders, backorders, made-to-order pieces, limited drops, app-first releases, or special launches.
Shipping timeline

Mixed carts
If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are ready unless separate shipping is offered.
