NOIR SAINTS currently ships Canada-wide. Customers can complete checkout only when a supported shipping option is available for the delivery address entered.

Outside Canada

If you are located outside Canada and checkout does not display a shipping option, this means international shipping is not yet available for your location.

No manual workaround

If your country is not active at checkout, we may not be able to manually process international delivery requests until the region is officially supported.

Checkout is the final source

A country or region is considered available only when shipping options appear at checkout.

Once international shipping becomes available, orders shipped outside the origin country may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, or other border-related costs.

Customer responsibility

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, international customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or import costs required by their destination.

Fees are not controlled by NOIR SAINTS

Customs and import charges are usually set by local authorities, carriers, brokers, or destination rules. NOIR SAINTS does not control these charges and cannot always predict the final amount.

Before ordering

International customers should check their local import rules before placing an order, especially for higher-value purchases.

Depending on the shipping method available in the future, duties and taxes may be handled in different ways.

Customs delays

If an international customer refuses to pay required customs duties, taxes, import charges, or carrier fees, the package may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed depending on carrier and destination rules.

Refund impact

If a package is returned because customs charges were refused, any refund may be reduced by shipping costs, return shipping charges, carrier fees, import charges, handling fees, or other non-refundable costs.

Abandoned packages

If a package is abandoned or destroyed because import fees were not paid, NOIR SAINTS may be unable to issue a refund.

International orders may take longer than domestic orders because they may involve export processing, international transit, customs clearance, local carrier handoff, import payment collection, and final-mile delivery.

Delays may happen because of:

• High shipping volume.
• Incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout or by carriers are estimates unless a specific carrier service clearly guarantees delivery.

International customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address in the required format for their country.

• City, region, state, province, or county where applicable.

Incorrect address issues

Incorrect or incomplete address details may cause failed delivery, customs delays, return-to-sender issues, or additional shipping fees.

Some items may not be eligible for shipment to certain destinations because of product restrictions, carrier limitations, import rules, or local delivery requirements.

Possible restrictions may involve:

If a product cannot be shipped to a location, checkout may block the order or show no available shipping options.

Currency conversion

Bank fees

Once international shipping launches, international returns may involve additional shipping costs, customs paperwork, duties, taxes, and longer processing times.

Return shipping

Unless the return is caused by a confirmed NOIR SAINTS error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item, international customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Duties and taxes on returns

Duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or import fees paid on international orders may not be refundable by NOIR SAINTS. Customers may need to contact their local customs authority or carrier for possible recovery options where available.

Return approval required

International customers must contact support before sending any item back. Unapproved returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to the customer.

Customers may choose to use freight forwarders, package forwarding services, reshippers, virtual addresses, or third-party delivery addresses. These services are not controlled by NOIR SAINTS.

Customer risk

If you use a freight forwarder or third-party shipping address, NOIR SAINTS may only be responsible for delivery to the address entered at checkout, not for any further shipment after that point.

Damage or loss after forwarding

If a package is lost, damaged, delayed, opened, repacked, or refused after being received by a forwarding service, NOIR SAINTS may not be able to assist.
