NOIR SAINTS GLOBAL SHIPPING STANDARD
International Customs & Imports
NOIR SAINTS currently ships Canada-wide. We are preparing future expansion to the United States, followed later by the United Kingdom and Australia, so customers can access our premium minimal streetwear with a clear understanding of customs, duties, import fees, and delivery responsibilities.
Canada-Wide Shipping Now
At this stage, NOIR SAINTS shipping is focused on Canada-wide delivery through the options available at checkout.
Global Expansion Planned
We plan to expand to the United States first, then later to the United Kingdom and Australia when the experience is ready.
Import Fees May Apply Later
Once international shipping launches, duties, taxes, brokerage, customs, or import charges may apply depending on destination rules.
CURRENT SHIPPING NOTICE
International shipping is not active everywhere yet.
NOIR SAINTS currently serves Canada-wide customers. If you are outside Canada and no shipping option appears at checkout, international delivery is not yet available for your location. Any future United States, United Kingdom, or Australia shipping options will appear at checkout once officially enabled.
IMPORT OVERVIEW
What customers should know before international checkout launches
International availability: A country is only supported when shipping options are visible at checkout.
Duties and taxes: International customers may be responsible for customs duties, local taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges.
Customs clearance: Packages crossing borders may be reviewed by local customs authorities before delivery.
Premium delivery standard: We will expand only when we can support a smoother delivery, support, and product experience.
1. Current Shipping Availability
NOIR SAINTS currently ships Canada-wide. Customers can complete checkout only when a supported shipping option is available for the delivery address entered.
Outside Canada
If you are located outside Canada and checkout does not display a shipping option, this means international shipping is not yet available for your location.
No manual workaround
If your country is not active at checkout, we may not be able to manually process international delivery requests until the region is officially supported.
2. Planned International Expansion
NOIR SAINTS is preparing future international expansion with the goal of offering premium quality products and a smoother global shopping experience.
Planned order of expansion
- Current: Canada-wide shipping.
- Next goal: United States shipping.
- Future goal: United Kingdom and Australia shipping.
No guaranteed launch date
Expansion timelines may change based on carrier options, shipping costs, customs requirements, return logistics, payment setup, customer support readiness, and operational quality.
Checkout is the final source
A country or region is considered available only when shipping options appear at checkout.
3. Customs Duties And Import Taxes
Once international shipping becomes available, orders shipped outside the origin country may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, or other border-related costs.
Customer responsibility
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, international customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or import costs required by their destination.
Fees are not controlled by NOIR SAINTS
Customs and import charges are usually set by local authorities, carriers, brokers, or destination rules. NOIR SAINTS does not control these charges and cannot always predict the final amount.
Before ordering
International customers should check their local import rules before placing an order, especially for higher-value purchases.
4. Duties Paid At Checkout Or Delivery
Depending on the shipping method available in the future, duties and taxes may be handled in different ways.
Possible future methods
- Paid at checkout: Duties and taxes may be calculated during checkout if the service supports it.
- Paid at delivery: The carrier or customs broker may collect duties, taxes, or fees before delivery.
- Paid after arrival: Some destinations may require payment after the package enters the country.
Checkout details matter
If duties and taxes are included at checkout, this should be shown before payment. If they are not included, additional costs may be due after shipment.
5. Customs Clearance
International packages may go through customs clearance before delivery. Customs clearance is handled by the destination authority, carrier, or customs broker.
Customs may review:
- Product description.
- Declared value.
- Country of origin information where applicable.
- Customer delivery details.
- Invoice or order details.
- Applicable duties, taxes, or restrictions.
Customs delays
Customs processing can delay delivery. NOIR SAINTS cannot control customs inspection timelines, border processing, local authority decisions, or carrier clearance speed.
6. Refused Customs Charges
If an international customer refuses to pay required customs duties, taxes, import charges, or carrier fees, the package may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed depending on carrier and destination rules.
Refund impact
If a package is returned because customs charges were refused, any refund may be reduced by shipping costs, return shipping charges, carrier fees, import charges, handling fees, or other non-refundable costs.
Abandoned packages
If a package is abandoned or destroyed because import fees were not paid, NOIR SAINTS may be unable to issue a refund.
7. International Delivery Delays
International orders may take longer than domestic orders because they may involve export processing, international transit, customs clearance, local carrier handoff, import payment collection, and final-mile delivery.
Delays may happen because of:
- Customs review or inspection.
- Local holidays or carrier delays.
- High shipping volume.
- Incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Remote delivery areas.
- Weather or transportation disruptions.
- Carrier handoff between international and local delivery networks.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout or by carriers are estimates unless a specific carrier service clearly guarantees delivery.
8. International Address Accuracy
International customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address in the required format for their country.
Please review carefully:
- Full name.
- Street address.
- Apartment, unit, floor, buzzer, or building number.
- City, region, state, province, or county where applicable.
- Postal code or ZIP code.
- Country.
- Phone number and email address.
Incorrect address issues
Incorrect or incomplete address details may cause failed delivery, customs delays, return-to-sender issues, or additional shipping fees.
9. Restricted Items And Regional Limitations
Some items may not be eligible for shipment to certain destinations because of product restrictions, carrier limitations, import rules, or local delivery requirements.
Possible restrictions may involve:
- Specific product categories.
- Materials or trims.
- Package size or weight.
- Carrier route limitations.
- Remote or restricted delivery zones.
- Local import restrictions.
If a product cannot be shipped to a location, checkout may block the order or show no available shipping options.
10. Currency, Pricing And Exchange Rates
International customers may see prices in a selected or converted currency depending on store settings, payment provider settings, and checkout options.
Currency conversion
Currency conversion may be handled by the store, payment provider, bank, card issuer, or digital wallet. Exchange rates and conversion fees may vary.
Bank fees
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge foreign transaction fees, conversion fees, or other payment-related charges. These fees are not controlled by NOIR SAINTS.
11. International Returns
Once international shipping launches, international returns may involve additional shipping costs, customs paperwork, duties, taxes, and longer processing times.
Return shipping
Unless the return is caused by a confirmed NOIR SAINTS error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item, international customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Duties and taxes on returns
Duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or import fees paid on international orders may not be refundable by NOIR SAINTS. Customers may need to contact their local customs authority or carrier for possible recovery options where available.
Return approval required
International customers must contact support before sending any item back. Unapproved returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to the customer.
12. Freight Forwarders And Third-Party Shipping Addresses
Customers may choose to use freight forwarders, package forwarding services, reshippers, virtual addresses, or third-party delivery addresses. These services are not controlled by NOIR SAINTS.
Customer risk
If you use a freight forwarder or third-party shipping address, NOIR SAINTS may only be responsible for delivery to the address entered at checkout, not for any further shipment after that point.
Damage or loss after forwarding
If a package is lost, damaged, delayed, opened, repacked, or refused after being received by a forwarding service, NOIR SAINTS may not be able to assist.
13. International Support
For customs, import, international shipping, or future expansion questions, contact NOIR SAINTS support.
