- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be free from stains, odors, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for approved returns within Canada.
Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Final Sale Policy
We do not offer final sale items.
All eligible products can be returned if they meet our return conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

- Any hygiene-related or intimate products
